Product Description

Product Introduction: 

ECR fiberglass is made based on E fiberglass production process with improvement in formula and adjustment and optimization in process. It is a fluoride-free, high-strength, high-modules and temperature, acid and alkali-resistant fiberglass, can protect environment better and realize clean production, and is an environmentally friendly product.

Product Features: Excellent corrosion resistance; high tensile strength; high temperature resistance; and high elasticity modulus.

Product packaging and storage: Every yarn ball is packed with heat shrink film or stretch film and then placed into a tray or a carton. Every tray can hold 48 or 64 yarn balls, with each weighing 15-18kg. Weight of the yarn ball can be increased according to users’ requirements, but cannot exceed 24kg maximally. The yarn balls can also be placed into cartons, with one roll in one carton.

Container Loading Quantity: A 1×20 chi container can hold ten big trays and ten small trays, with a net weight of about 20 tons.

Storage

If there are no special requirements, the products shall be placed in a dry and cool place. If the products are not used, please don’t open the package, so as to avoid moisture.
