Polyester Surface Mat

Polyester surface mat made from high-strength polyester fiber not easy to wear or break with special process but no adhesive materials. The mat surface is uniform and flat, touches soft and smooth and has good air permeability. When polyester surface mat is applied in glass reinforced plastic (GRP) products, they will have a resin affinity function, making the resin penetrate rapidly and form into a rich resin layer on the surface of the GRP products, removing air bubble and white stain phenomenon, covering fiber lines, improving the smoothness and anti-leakage property of the GRP and making the surface have excellent corrosion resistance, especially resistance to corrosion of hydrofluoric acid (HF) oxidizing components or solvents, so the polyester surface mat can still maintain good physical property and dimensional stability.
