Macro-fiber-reinforced Thermoplastic Used

Macro-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic used fiberglass woven roving is applicable to CFRT process. After many yarn balls on the yarn frame are removed, yarn is laid out along the same direction and dispersed into single silk form by many tension rollers; after being heated, fiber and molten resin mixture combine together. Molten resin is supplied by extruders generally; compound of fiber and resin is cooled and stereotyped when passing the curing region, and finally is used for winding packaging.

Product packaging and storage: Every yarn ball is packed with heat shrink film or stretch film and then placed into a tray or a carton. Every tray can hold 48 or 64 yarn balls, with each weighing 15-18kg. Weight of the yarn ball can be increased according to users’ requirements, but cannot exceed 24kg maximally. The yarn balls can also be placed into cartons, with one roll in one carton.
Container Loading Quantity: A 1×20 chi container can hold ten big trays and ten small trays, with a net weight of about 20 tons.

Storage
If there are no special requirements, the products shall be placed in a dry and cool place. If the products are not used, please don’t open the package, so as to avoid moisture.
